Welcome to The Quarry. By visiting our website at thequarrystl.com, making a reservation, purchasing a gift card or event ticket, booking a private event, or visiting our venue at 3960 Highway Z, New Melle, Missouri 63385, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Reservations

Reservations are encouraged for parties of all sizes and required for certain events. We will hold a reserved table for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time before releasing it. Large parties may be subject to a deposit and an automatic gratuity.

Private Events & Weddings

Private event and wedding bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Specific cancellation, food and beverage minimums, setup, and vendor terms will be detailed in your event contract.

Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for live music, ticketed dinners, wine club events, or other special programming are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Quarry. If we cancel an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at The Quarry. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

Alcohol & Age Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol at The Quarry. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID and to refuse alcohol service to anyone at our discretion. Please drink responsibly.

Venue Rules & Right of Refusal

The Quarry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, and to remove guests who are disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of our policies. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless expressly approved as part of an event contract.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact. Please inform your server of any allergies.

Website Use

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, menus, and design) is the property of The Quarry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that menus, prices, hours, or event details are error-free or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Quarry, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit to our venue or use of our website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
